We gave carte blanche to our head chef, Jean-Philippe Perol, when designing the hotel’s restaurant. The result is an innovative and interactive dining concept that can be experienced only at Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel.

The menu changes monthly to highlight the freshest seasonal ingredients. Choose from à la carte dishes, or let the chef decide. Either way, your meal at Carte Blanche will be prepared exactly to your liking.
