To mark Mother’s Day, the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel is showcasing Sofitel’s La Haute Croissanterie, a concept launched in 2024 to celebrate the croissant.
For this special day, pastry chef Myriem Ait Yala has created two exclusive creations:
The Strawberry & Rhubarb Haute Croissanterie, featuring a strawberry and rhubarb confit, a vanilla whipped ganache and poached rhubarb.
La Haute Croissanterie Chocolate & Hazelnut, featuring a chocolate cream and caramelised hazelnuts.
Both croissants will be available for takeaway exclusively on Sunday 31 May.
